Overview
Sociafy delivered comprehensive digital communications and content strategy to elevate engagement, streamline reporting, and strengthen sector-wide visibility for Clinks.
The Challenge
Clinks required a cohesive digital presence to effectively communicate with its network of over 500 member organisations. The charity needed to translate complex sector updates, policy changes, and research into accessible, engaging content across multiple platforms while maintaining a professional and authoritative tone.

Approach
We implemented a structured communications strategy that grouped responsibilities into clear, strategic themes. This included managing the weekly Light Lunch newsletter, overseeing website administration, and developing a robust social media content plan.
By tracking analytics and reporting on performance, we ensured all messaging was data-driven and aligned with the charity’s overarching goals.

Execution
Sociafy managed end-to-end content creation, from social media engagement to uploading and formatting website blogs. A key deliverable was the design and creation of presentation slides for the State of the Sector report.
This flagship publication highlights the unique needs and challenges faced by the voluntary sector working in criminal justice. The slides translated detailed financial analysis and sector trends into clear, impactful visuals, and were presented to an audience of over 100 key stakeholders.

Results
Through strategic planning and consistent execution, Clinks experienced enhanced digital engagement and more streamlined communications. The State of the Sector presentation successfully delivered critical insights to a large audience, reinforcing the charity’s position as a leading voice in the criminal justice voluntary sector.
The refined approach to newsletters and website content ensured that members remained informed, connected, and supported.
